Directions For Entering Your Swimmer Into Direct Athletics:

�          For all returning swimmers, passwords previously established in Direct Athletics should be the same.  If you forgot your previous Username and Password, call the MSA Registrar to re-set a new one.

�          For all new swimmers, Direct Athletics will send an e-mail which will contain your Username and Password.  Don’t delete this e-mail as spam.  The first time you log-on, you will be prompted to change your password so that you will have exclusive access to your on-line account.  This is one of those Username/Passwords you will need to remember/write down for future meets.  If you did delete this e-mail, again, call the MSA Registrar to re-set a new one.

�          The upcoming meet(s) will be displayed on the screen.  If you click on the Meet name, you will view the complete Order Of Events for the entire meet.  There is also button, and if you click on it, you will be taken directly into the available events your swimmer can sign-up for according to age and gender.  You then check the boxes for the events they want to swim, being ever mindful of how many you can enter for each day of the meet.

�          Or, on the previous “Home Screen” under the “Status” tab, you can click on the “HERE” to declare/submit entries” button, you will be taken directly into the available events your swimmer can sign-up for according to age and gender.  This allows you to by-pass the meet information.  Again, you then check the boxes for the events they want to swim, being ever mindful of how many you can enter for each day of the meet.

�          This should be pretty self-explanatory and remember that you will be allowed to access your account and change the events entered as many times as necessary before the entry deadline.  The system will not allow you to make entries or changes after the entry deadline.

�          Repeat whole process for additional swimmers using their Username/Password.

�          Finally, on or before the entry deadline date, leave your payment in the poolside black box.  One check for all of the swimmers you registered should include the following:

�          Swimmer “A” Entry Fees for that Meet per the Invitation: # of Events x $3.00?   =  $___

Swimmer “A” SES Surcharge (Usually $3.00 for Each Swimmer):                         =  $3.00

Additional Swimmer’s Entry Fees and SES Surcharge:                                          =  $___

�          Questions regarding “amount due” can be answered by Hampton Armstrong (Treasurer).  Also, mailed payments can be sent to:  114 Manningham Drive;  Madison, AL 35758.

�          ALL CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO MSA.
